Pip the penguin waddled and wiggled. "Hooray! Hooray!" he chirped. "We're going to the big ice festival today!"

Wow! At the festival, Pip saw a giant, sparkly castle. It was made of shiny ice! "So big!" he peeped.

He saw a long ice dragon, sleeping in the snow. Pip felt so happy inside! He did a happy little slide on his belly. Swoosh!

But wait. Pip saw someone who was not happy. A little snow bunny was sitting all alone. She was crying. Sniffle, sniffle.

Pip waddled over to the bunny. "Why are you sad?" he asked in a soft, quiet voice.

The bunny pointed with her little paw. "My little snow friend is melting," she whispered. A tiny ear had dripped away.

Pip looked at the drippy ear. He felt sad in his tummy because his new friend was sad. He wanted to help her feel better.

Then, Pip had an idea! Pat, pat, pat. He used his flipper to scoop up some new, soft snow. He made a new little ear!

The little bunny looked. The snow friend was fixed! She wiggled her nose and smiled a big, happy smile. "Oh, thank you!" she giggled.

Pip felt happy because his friend was happy. They slid down a little ice slide together, laughing all the way. Hooray for new friends!
